GSF is seeking qualified individuals/families to join our team in the positions noted below.  These positions are support-based opportunities for long-term service through Global Outreach International. Ugandan nationals are welcome to apply, understanding that raising support is required. GSF has both an MK school and a Ugandan primary school on campus for the children of missionaries or employees. Campus housing may be available for these positions.  Director-level positions require a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and individuals should preferably have related experience.

Director of Education – The Director of Education oversees GSF Nursery and Primary School as well as the GSF Scholarship Program. The school, enrolling nearly 400 students from nearby villages, has a Ugandan headmaster and national teaching staff. The Scholarship Program, with 35 students in 20+ schools, has a program coordinator in place. GSF Directors strive to be an example and raise up national staff professionally and spiritually. The Director of Education shall promote a Christian Worldview into staff, students and academic programs of GSF.

Director of Support Services – GSF has about 40 staff in the maintenance, farm, kitchen and security departments.  Each department has a Ugandan manager in charge of daily departmental operations.  The Director of Support Services is responsible for leadership training and development in these departments, as well as encouraging a heart of service in these departments.  All staff have the opportunity to represent Christ in their work and to be involved in direct outreach.  Instilling the Word of God into all that we do is essential.

Teams and Visitors Coordinator – The person is primarily responsible for hosting over 100 visitors and partners to GSF each year.  E-mail communication and organization skills are critical in order to facilitate multiple communications.  Coordination with GSF missionaries and staff keeps everyone involved with our teams so that they experience a taste of all that takes place at GSF every day.

All positions require interpersonal and communication skills, working together with GSF’s missionary and national leaders in several areas of ministry and service within the organization.  Complete job descriptions are available upon request.  Inquiries may be submitted to Mark Gwartney, GSF Team Leader.
